Decided to make myself a grilled cheese with cottage cheese and skim mozzarella. I used a bit of butter and chose to dip it in ketchup (gives me pizza vibes) bringing the whole thing to 300 cal and 11g of protein. It’s a nice little treat for when I’m craving a crispy buttery food. I pared it with a fairlife protein drink and felt pretty satisfied! I’m curious if anyone else has done this 😅
