What I had today:
1. Large flaked oatmeal for breakfast
2. Starbucks sugar free vanilla latte
3. Air popped popcorn w vegan margarine
4. Scrambled egg whites w parmesan and salad
5. Halo top Ice cream for snack
6. Cheese quesadilla with salad

My fave foods:
1. Simple salads
2. Cheeses
3. Ice cream
4. Cheesy pastas.

I workout 5x a week. Tbf I am 5’0 tall. I’m 109lbs. I’m very generous with salads. Spring mix, lettuce and cucumbers make me feel good. I prioritize cals from whole or minimally processed foods.
