  1. – 10x cloves garlic
    – 1 tbsp ginger
    – 1/2 onion
    – 1 whole Korean pear (can sub with apple)
    – 1/2 cup brown sugar
    – 1/2 cup soy sauce
    – 1 tbsp sesame oil
    – 1/2 tbsp black pepper

    Blend all of the above and marinate steak 6hrs or overnight. Works well with short ribs as well
