Haha, I feel this deeply. I can only afford to eat 5 at a time with my oatmeal within my caloric budget

  2. Ahahah funny and true!!
I realised recently, after years eating super healthy “super foods” and still getting chubbier, the importance of calories!! Spoonful of coconut oil, heaps of sweet potatoes, nuts.. yeah super healthy, but no wonder I was putting on weight!

And almonds take an absolutely asinine amount of water to produce. Like, 15 gallons to 16 almonds.

    Yes I notice this too.

I hate when people say “nuts are healthy”

Yes bych but I need to lose weight

Couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing more weight when I was measuring a handful of these little fuckers, turns out a handful is like 6 and not 20 fml

  6. That’s why I always like to buy the little 100 calorie almond packs. It’s amazing how like one little handful and there is 100 calories.

  7. This is why I like in-shell pistachios. Makes me work for it and they last longer 😂

  8. I’ve been craving a pb&j lately but don’t want to waste so ma t calories on peanut butter

  9. Calories are not the most important, the quality of the food is, nuts, seeds, etc are very healthy (fiber, healthy fats, etc) and they should be a part of your daily routine.

I’m someone who has to eat breakfast so I eat 1/4 cup almonds and an apple every morning. It lasts me longer than anything else I’ve tried for the same calories – I think the fiber and fats really keep me full! But yeah gotta measure those nuts or else.

  11. Just a quick warning… Don’t eat too much nuts, and by that I mean to the point where two bags magically disappear.
Not just because they are caloric dense, but your rectum will suffer when that nuts pass through. Been there, done that, actually injured my anus.
Imagine though walnut shell face scrubs passing through…. mhmm yup not good
