I'm a fan of healthy wraps, and thought I would do a bigger meal prep of different wraps and freeze them.
I asked AI for some inspiration, and while they sound tasty, I'm worried about the youghurt and skyr. I plan to mix it together with the protein and then fill the thr tortillas. How would that hold up when frozen and then thawed? Will it separe and make the wrap soggy. Or will they stay (almost) as new?

𤎠just use the sour cream.  One time ai suggested that I buy the snack box and a croissant  at Starbucks and make my own lox on croissant.  When I called ChatGPT out I said âis anybody really doing that??â He said nope you got me.
Subbing yogurt for sour cream is a criminal offense.
This seems fishy. Id probably do cream cheese.. light?
I have done freshly made protein sauce, but I don’t think it freezes well
Im sure if you google healthy wraps to freeze you could find tested recipes.
So I donât know anything about the high protein tortillas, but I do eat a lot of tortillas especially the low carb versions that offer a lot of fiber, which may or may not be similar to the high protein product mentioned here.
So that said, I canât attest to that particular product, but my experience with tortillas with any kind of moisture like that is that they do tend to get soggy and break down.
You *could* try to work with some of the ingredients to make a little bit of a barrier between the tortilla and the wetter ingredients, but Iâm skeptical. Maybe if you used a thin-sliced cheddar instead of grated and made that layer touching the tortilla to protect it from some of the wetter stuff? Idk.
I would recommend instead freezing individual components and assembling the wrap from a fresh tortilla. They make meal prep containers that are sectioned off like bento boxes. You could put your ingredients into different compartments and freeze that. Then you just grab that and a tortilla or two and itâs like a little lunchable or something.
