Game changer! I put peanut oil on the pan and ghee on the edges before the oven! (Cooked a bit too long and/or oil cooks it faster) but it’s somewhat like the domino’s pan pizza! Also rubbed butter on edges after! Still experimenting with the butter/ghee before/after! Red baron brick crust trio!
