I can't get over this idea and want to make it for Galentines. Do you think it will be worth the effort?

  1. Yes, 100%. It looks insanely impressive and feels way more special than a regular board. Perfect for Galentine’s-fun, shareable, and definitely a “wow” moment. Even if it takes extra effort, the payoff is totally worth it.

This is such a cool and clever idea. Even if it doesn’t work out perfectly, you still have a loaf of focaccia to serve so it doesn’t seem like a loss at all.

  3. This is such a cool concept! 😍 Love how the brie and all the toppings are built right into the focaccia – that fresh fruit and meat combo looks absolutely divine. What a showstopper! 🍇🧀

I feel like it’s hard to eat. Not sure when the other ingredients go on it (before the bake or after) but it seems you’ll all be gathered over the bread trying to tear it apart lol. It looks cool tho

  5. Maybe post this on r/baking to get some ideas on how to achieve the focaccia part of this. I’m not sure how you would get the large holes in the focaccia to stay intact during the baking process.

  6. Lokke good and delicious bit difficult to eat if you want to ise the bread that holds everything

I’ve got a bunch of these saved (they were really popular for a while), and if you do make it please update.

  8. I’m so confused on the sizes for the items, it looks like AI. The apples are smaller than the grapes? And that would be a HUGE piece of focaccia.
