
YES, These are vegan. The only reason this dish is considered vegetarian is due to the oyster sauces which I’ve veganized for your palate please below. (Also.. that makes the original not even vegetarian🙄)

For the EPIC dipping sauce that is truly what makes people love these;
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce, I used Sambal Oelek
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Chinese-Style Hot Mustard
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
