[homemade] Bacon & Brie Hot Cross Buns w/Scotch Bonnet Jam
Saw that a Michelin Star chef had posted something similar and had all the things in, so gave it a whirl. Probably not as good as a straight up bacon butty, but I can see why some people might love this!

There’s a combo I’ve never considered. I bet it is good though!
I’m guessing australian, english or Canadian cuz no one else eats bacon that under cooked.
