[homemade]honey/brown sugar roasted carrots on a bed of whipped feta

I’ve never had this dish, but that sounds amazing. I’d probably go with a balsamic reduction glaze for the carrots, but the whipped feta sounds like a great balance. Is there any spicy heat in the recipe?

EDIT: Disregard, I see the hot honey. Anything else beyond that?
