Really this looks like an awesome evolution of those videos where someone pours way too much cheese over a burger. Nice cheesy browning on the bottom, much less damage to the sandwich integrity and texture, with freedom to choose your cheese amount and dip fries. I’m in.
Edit: Unless that’s mayo, then I’m out lol
