Baked Fish, Glazed Carrots & Butternut Squash Mash. I made the carrots and butternut squash mash sweet which adds extra calories…could’ve been even lower but I’m very content with my meal. It was super tasty 😋

Looks good! I haven’t been able to cook fish in a way that makes me enjoy it sadly. It’s so low calorie that I wish I loved it.
