  1. This was the first time I made prime rib, and it was really fun! I used the reverse sear method.

    Menu:

    – Prime rib
    – Creamed spinach
    – Schmaltzy carrots
    – Crushed potato gratin
    – Lasagna (requested)
    – Wedge salad (cut up)
    – Nutella tres leches cake

  3. This made me emotional, lol! Everything looks *so good*!!! I absolutely love dill (where I live now I cannot find it, so I miss it a lot)
