


Having stuffed my face over the Christmas period, it's back to sensible eating for the new year.
Homemade Mushroom & miso ramen broth with gochujang tofu. Swapped the noodles out because I really fancied tofu gyoza. Feeling lazy so used a packet stir fry mix.
Lunch was homemade lentil, walnut and mushroom Pate from a freezer batch. Love the finncrisp Rye crackers they are so tasty and crispy!
I just ate a protein bar snack to satisfy the moderators 😁 let's hope I don't get hungry later, I'm avoiding eating the boring fruit on my counter.
