Knowing lots of folks are looking for recipes and ways to get started- here’s a meal that was high in fiber, good with protein, and mostly “regular” food that everyone in my house shares.

I bought the SOLA rolls to try out (found at Walmart), shredded up some of last night’a pork tenderloin, and grabbed some regular bbq sauce from the fridge.

  1. I love Sola rolls! A little dense but not in a bad way. They’re great warm with a little butter and honey (I use a honey-flavoured allulose syrup tbh), or with some sliced turkey, reduced-fat pepperjack, and a half piece of crispy bacon for crunch.
