
*Some of these were more home-assembled, but I seared/cooked the lobster tails in a cast iron with paprika and butter, poached the shrimp, and sautéed the mussels, etc. The claws / Scallops St Jacques / and Oysters Rockefeller were from Wild Fork, and latter two required baking.
