These blew my mind. Just saw them at Sprouts, a grocery store near me. And wow. I’m really glad I bought these. They’re a bit on the pricier side, but the fullness I feel is worth it over an empty calorie bagel where I’ll end up eating more food/spending more money on food anyway later. Only qualm is they’re a bit pillowy so it was difficult to slice in half. 17 grams of protein and 20 grams of fiber for 140 calories. Match this with some Green Mountain Greek Cream Cheese and you have a breakfast under 200 calories with 20 grams of protein and around half of your daily fiber needs. Perfectly matches my caloric needs as I lose weight! Let me know if you try them.
