Our new years day tradition- [homemade] beef wellington
My two sons (13 and 10) and I started this tradition last year. Last year was good, this year was incredible. They help me with the dicing of veggies and a few other areas. We used Nick Digiovanni's recipe.
Leftover prosciutto on the asparagus, love it! Looks amazing and great family tradition.

Your crepe batter was too thick by the looks of it. Other than that, looks great!

I hate this time of year because everyone is posting their beef wellington and I’m so jealous. I’m especially jealous of this one though!!! Great job chefs! I can tell it was made with love.
