    Take 1 brick of firm Tofu, cut it in half lengthwise, cut a hole in the middle of each.

    For the sauce mix 3 tbsp of Gochujang, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 sautéed white ends of green onions, 2 cloves of garlic, mix together and add water.

    Boil whatever noodles you want or have.

    Rub sauce after it thickens a bit on the Tofu, then bake the Tofu at 355F for 8 minutes.

    Garnish with the green part of green onions, put the noodles in the hole of the Tofu to be fancy and enjoy@
