There is no specific recipe I just seared boneless chicken thighs and cut them up, softened the onions in the residual fat and added more butter to make a roux. For 2 pies I used 3 1/2 cups broth and 1 1/2 cup milk along with 2 cans of roasted garlic and mushroom Campbell's soup. Once it was all the right consistency I added the veggies and chicken then filled the pies and threw them in the oven.

  1. Looks delicious, just a quick tip though if you scramble an egg and paint the top of the pie with it before baking it gives it a more finished and appetizing look 🙂
