[Homemade] double smoked spicy apricot glaze country ham, au jus and home garden scalloped potatoes & onions

  1. A premium label 8.1 lb country ham was smoked on the grill with hickory, apple & cherry woods. I used fresh ingredients in the Chris Lilly’s spicy apricot glaze recipe (see link for information). And the scalloped potatoes are an old family recipe made with home garden Norland red potatoes & home garden Yellow and Spanish onions.
