Did you wrap these individually or something? Don’t think I have ever seen makizushi look so… smushed. And is that nothing but a single bit of cucumber in each one? Rice is cooked to death too.Â

Two things would really help this, a sharper knife and rice a little less cooked. Otherwise honestly it looks pretty good.
