My North Dakota Christmas dinner was brisket that I was up at 2:30am wrapping in butcher paper on the smoker, and I’ve made lefse the tortilla shots are kinda funny though.

Haven’t really thought about lefse in years. My grandma was Norwegian and grew up in ND. We’d have it during the holidays.. She died in 1999.

I had dinner in ND today too. A breakfast lasagna from Krolls. It was ‘ok’. The corn tortillas used for layers kinda ruined it

Our Christmas dinner was catered shawarma with lefse from my aunt on the side. Blending of the cultures!
