    It is so good! Salty little eggs bursting with buttery smooth flavor. Toast points with creme fraiche is the way to go. Once you get hooked on it, you’ll start to crave it.

  2. I never enjoyed it until it was served to me how you’re having it. Still not something I crave and I definitely won’t pay restaurant prices for it, but it’s nice to have at a friend’s house or something

    Just to add some what i ate with it. Simple toasted bread cut into fancy “points”, some crème fraiche and cold smoked salmon on half with some dill

  4. I’m glad you enjoyed it! There’s a hilarious episode of Friaser that revolves around caviar! I’m not going to get into the whole episode, but Roz becomes obsessed with it and talks about putting caviar on eggs and bread and pizza. It’s just so funny!
