[homemade] first time making a prime rib

Very happy with how it turned out. In the future I’ll probably aim for USDA prime just so the meat is extra tender. Because it was my first time I did a ton of research to ensure I didn’t mess it up for Christmas. Ate it with homemade au jus and some horseradish!
