Came out great but could have used 20-30 seconds on the heat. Next time!

    Looks good! 

    Ive been wanting to try fried eggs in much more grease than I’m used to and basting the egg in oil as it cooks.

    If youre looking for a lacy edge you might need higher heat and a different pan. Looks like you used nonstick here
