
Used the stovetop method with evaporated milk, then added mild cheddar(grabbed the wrong cheddar), cheddar jack mix and Parmesan for cheese, with a tsp of mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes and basil.
Covered the top with mozzarella and provolone and baked to melt the top. I didn’t have the stoped as hot as I wanted and so I took a torch to the top to give it “the look”.
