    1/2 is 209 calories. Double it to 418 for the entire pack.

    If you have an app like LoseIt just scan the barcode and put in your servings.

    As prepared means including the milk, and the weight is once cooked when the pasta will weigh more as it takes on the water. M

  3. I hate these ambiguous packets. I’ve always counted this as 1/2 a packet being 209 cals including the 100ml semi-skimmed milk it’s prepared with according to the instructions.

    Semi-skimmed is a guess since it doesn’t say. I swear it used to specify semi-skimmed milk but it doesn’t any more so maybe that’s a sign it means skimmed milk? Who knows.

    If I add the butter, I count that on top of the 209 calories since the instructions say that it’s optional so I assume it’s not included. Again, who knows?

    If you want to be 100% sure you could probably email them manufacturer tbh.
