
For context, I'm 4'11 currently weigh 138lbs(62kg) I work a 9 to 5 desk job and have no time for workout at all. I'm trying to shed some weight I gained after having a baby and getting a gallbladder removed. this is the heaviest i have been in my life. I got the Loose it app, and it tells me my maintenance is 1500kcals and to loose weight I have to east 1200Kcal. which hasn't been a problem. i usually eat pretty clean. lots of veg and lean protein. But the goal weightloss this app shows me is so confusing. how many lbs a week shoukd is expect?
