Pan Seared Pork Steak with Apple Cider Sauce and Caramelised Apples. Served with Gratin and Sautéed Brocolli. Finished with Crispy Sage Leaves.
This was a quality Italian pasta (I often make my own but not this time) with a long slow pork ragu. I cooked the pasta al dente then finished it in the ragu. It's topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. So simple but so wonderful. by cucinaforte Food
