I usually aim for more fruits and veggies but not bad at the end of the day.

  • Breakfast – Greek yogurt with toasted steel cut oats and sugar free syrup, 3 boiled eggs

  • Lunch- most of a salmon avocado roll and a protein shake

  • Dinner- Turkey tacos and black beans (go buy the La Banderita Birria 0 net carb tortillas NOW)

  • Snack- sugar free Jello pudding made with almond milk, crushed graham cracker, and sugar free Cool Whip.
