Went for a mid-century kind of plating, instead of mixing everything together like I usually do. Instead, I kept everything kind of separate, and drizzled sauce over the top of the noodles and veg and under the chicken.
Then I fucked up all that careful planning by standing directly in the light source when I took the picture.
