Base is spring mixed greens, blanched green beans, boiled baby potatoes, boiled egg, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion, pan seared rib eye steak and topped with dijon vinaigrette sauce.

  1. That’s beautiful, but if you’re claiming the Niçoise title, you need anchovies draped over those potatoes!
