Burger night! I was out running some errands earlier this week and I got hungry. Since I was close to a Shake Shack, I decided to stop. It is genuinely one of the only restaurants I go to. Tonight I had that burger on my mind, so I made my version. It had home ground chuck and flatiron smash patties, American cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce, heirloom tomato, dill pickle planks, raw sliced onion, and my maple mustard sauce, on a buttered and griddled Martin’s potato bun.
