    You gotta provide some context here. WTF is a Raclette iron and why would need one in the first place?

    Caramelized and not black. That looks entirely too big for something like a Philly cheese steak. That ooey gooey top layer is usually scraped off onto the customer’s plate but I have no idea what’s going on here. And it’s usually not burnt.
