221 calories but oh my god was this just enormous it was 3 huge tomatoes and ONE ENTIRE peeled jumbo cucumber. Honestly was just shocked by how filling this is because it’s usually hard for me to feel full unless I eat enormous portions I’ve been like this since childhood but this actually had me stuffed. However I only am eating this sad miserable dinner because I wanted to have a very very heavy lunch without going off rail

But tomorrow I am returning back to equal lunches dinner and breakfasts because despite how filling this was, it is still a very sad girl dinner lmao

    Been there girl

Last night I just ate a can of sardines over the kitchen sink and like 10 different varieties of pickles and cheese

You do what you got to do 😂

Your dinner looks awesome. Why not mix the tuna with the salad?

I made French onion soup with croutons and cheese and it was disgusting. Ate 4 bites and trashed it.

  3. Take the tuna out of the can. It will make it feel less depressing. I mean compared to most of the world that is a gourmet meal anyway.

  4. OP.. seasoning and flavor has low-zero calories 🥲
You could use anything from vinegars, to lemons, mustard, dill, coriander, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic / onion powder.. anything PLEASE, it didn’t have to be this sad

  5. I don’t know why but I could do stuff like this in my twenties but I can’t do this anymore 😭

  6. Bro what is this nonsense 😭

Just dice the cucumber and tomato smaller, add onion and cilantro. Then add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder. For the tuna, add like a tablespoon of low fat greek yogurt or a little bit of low fat mayo. You can even do regular mayo or a little bit of full fat yogurt if your budget is tight, just reduce tuna or smth.

Then you got such a delicious tuna salad. Cut up some rice cakes or cucumber boats and voila, you got something that doesn’t taste like despair. The calories may vary by about 100-150 kcal but that’s basically negligible if you look at a weekly basis.
