    Fruits, yes. 200-250 cals worth or rice cake with honey and peanut butter, no. 1/6th is a lot of the 1200. I’d have the fruit without any of that, and so you’d be able to eat more of it!

  2. Damn the comments are so negative here, god forbid anyone have any sugar ever on this diet.

    This looks tasty! I do something similar with strawberries and cream cheese. Yum!

  3. I would hope that if you’re only eating 1200 a day you have plenty of fruit and veggies in there

    Gosh, I started out anti-fruit because of the sugar, but man, does a banana at the end of a long day or a handful of mixed berries in a morning chia pudding really add that little special something. <3

  6. Hmmmmm, I need to try that soon. Idk why some of the comments are so pressed about this tho. Your post is good and I think you came up with a good idea.
