  1. I would definitely go with fajitas – probably shrimp or grilled chicken. You can decide if you want to spend your calories on the sour cream, cheese, or tortillas.

Editing to add: Some of the salads sound good too, like the Blackened Shrimp Salad, but dressings are always a wildcard for me.

I would get the blackened chicken fajitas or the Baja chicken tacos. I would eat a very small amount of the Spanish rice if that’s what I REALLY liked. You can save yourself quite a few calories telling them no cheese and to me. Cheese is amazing but not necessary on this type of food. I looked through the salad choices, but I don’t think I would go that route. Many of the items listed would cost you just as many or more calories than the tacos or fajitas.

Whenever I go out to eat tacos are my jam. And they tend to be around 600/700 calories for three if you get the corn tortillas and eat a little of the beans too.

  3. If you want to stick to 500 calories, just going for a side or 2 might do that. At places that look like that menu but have calories listed, those types of sides are typically 200-500 calories.

Honestly I would just enjoy the meal I really want and then get back on track immediately after. It always kills my morale to feel deprived. Usually I dip a bit lower in cals on days I work so I can have a bit more fun stuff on weekends.

  5. This place is dangerous! My mind says the salmon tacos, my heart is yearning for a big fat juicy burger. I’d probably do OMAD so I could get the tacos and a nice dessert and then go back to normal the next day
