    English muffin, bacon, pickled red onions

    4. Toast with tinned trout, cream cheese, capers, and pickled red onion, with spinach salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette and candied walnuts

    5. Baked crab dip with crudités seasoned with celery salt (and some crackers on the side, not pictured)
