
Meal 1: huge egg white omelette with 1 extra egg and lots of veggies. toast and baked beans. ate quickly while kids were watching tv was able to drink my tea hot yay
meal 2: prawn stir fry with kale and white rice eaten while kids also ate dinner
meal 3: Skyr and protein powder with berries. Eaten when kids asleep
