Make sure to use parchment paper (not wax paper) because theyll stick to your pan if you dont.
I also used ranch seasoning instead of the recommended seasoning in the recipe and it was so good. If the spinach is still "floppy" by the time the timer is up, keep cooking in 5 min increments until crisp!
