Used kenji's "foolproof pan pizza" recipe for the first time last night…and I'm very happy with the results. It's a no knead recipe, so very minimal effort required. The crispy cheesy crust was the best part, so make sure you load the mozz the edge if you make it. Added a bit of pecorino and basil after baking as well.
