Put in oven on parchment paper for a few minutes super easy low cal meal if you don’t have many Cals left for the day.

Edit: guys I just realized I forgot to put spicy brown mustard on this before I ate it. Would have made it a real sandwich 🥪

  2. You could make this a really nice salad for like 20 or 30 more calories, you don’t have to do this

  3. I suggest wrapping it in a couple pieces of Romaine lettuce for some crunch, and so it doesn’t look — and I say this with love — like a car accident

    sorry i think the reaction you’re getting is because you’re calling this a meal instead of a snack lol, which raises alarm bells for people since it looks like a small portion. it doesn’t take much protein for me to feel satiated so i feel ya, if you’re enjoying it that’s all that matters!🫂
