
I'm on day 4 of a calorie deficiency. It's been hard adjusting. My max consumed has been 1370 and my minimum about 1240. My BMR is ~1830. I've already documented what I've meal prepped to take with me to work tomorrow (I work 12 hour shifts in healthcare) but I struggle with reactive hypoglycemia (and i'm vegetarian) and feel like this isn't going to be sustainable. Usually I do a breakfast burrito (about 415ish calories) but we have bagels that are about to expire lol. What are your go-to low calorie lunches and snacks? I can usually substitute meats with veggie meats 🙂
