
I’ve been tracking my macros while aiming for 1200 calories and hitting fiber goals, but I feel like I’m constantly juggling numbers and sometimes coming up short or over in certain areas. I’m 3 weeks into GLP 1 and know how important fiber is, but I also don’t want to compromise protein or healthy fats.
Does anyone have tips for balancing macros, especially fiber, while staying within a 1200-calorie target?
