    What is the theory behind making these sandwiches without any structural integrity? I remember going to Katz’s and I get that it looks indulgent to overstuff to such an absurd degree, but I’d much rather have some extra bread and a more proportionate sandwich.

    They’re obviously super popular, so is there a reason?

  2. Every time I see photos of these places the meat looks great and the bread looks so dry and processed…
