  1. I’ve made this twice now, and both times it came out disappointingly bland and a bit watery. I think next time I try I’ll:

    * Use more salt, pepper, and thyme

    * Cook at bit longer at a lower temp

    * Let it set a lot longer

    Some things to maybe keep in mind if anyone else is trying this. It *should* be amazing, I just haven’t hit it right yet.

  2. I’ve made it a bunch of times. It’s very delicious but it also takes FOREVER!! Also not crazy about the cheese breaking.
