

very simple & comforting!! recipe below
1. blend 8g oats and toss into a pot with a pinch of thickener (i used xanthan gum)
2. add just enough cool water to cover, then stir until combined
3. once combined, add 28g unblended oats and continue stirring. slowly stir in 250g water, adding more incrementally as your oats thicken.
4. once all water is added and oats start bubbling, add ~10g protein powder and continue stirring until combined
5. in a separate small dish, stir 5 parts milk of choice & 1 part protein powder until well combined
6. turn heat off(!!!) and add in 60g egg whites. stir quickly until oats thicken. make sure to whisk well or your eggs will scramble in there lol
7. add in protein mixture from earlier and stir until combined.
8. add sweetener of choice (i did brown sugar swerve), a dash of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. stir until combined
8. pour into bowl and add desired toppings! i stewed half an apple with cinnamon.
