Base: Mediterranean Focaccia Jalapeño Cheddar brand I got from Costco. They sometimes have little tables out to try all the flavors and you get 3 packages per purchase (and each package has 3 cheese breads).

Serving: 1/2 “loaded” Focaccia
Macros: 30.4g carbs, 10.9g fat, 20.1g protein
Recipe:
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F

Place the focaccia bread on parchment paper or nonstick oven flat pan.
This bread weighed 131g, 1/2 serving was 65.5g. Ignore the label and always weigh the bread for calorie count!

Either top the bread first with chicken or spinach, but the cheese goes between them. Probably tastier if chicken goes on top. I did the opposite cuz I forgot lol.

Chop Costco Rotisserie chicken,
Sprinkle 83g total on bread.
(41.5g of chicken per 1/2 serving.)

Measure out 30g Fiesta flavor shredded cheese from Walmart, but can be any shredded 3 or 4 cheese flavor from any brand. Fiesta or Tex-Mex style I find best.
Sprinkle it after your first added topping.
(15g of cheese per 1/2 serving)

Take out 52g frozen chopped plain spinach, any brand. (26g per 1/2 serving.)
Evenly distribute the spinach across the bread.

Place in oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes depending on how golden you like the bread.

Optional: serve with a side of tomato sauce or marinara to dip or dollop on top. Your low calorie choice of preference! (Calories not included, lol).

Cut into 4 pieces, enjoy 2 of those pieces as your 1/2 serving! Viola! I had this for breakfast and lunch. I loved it!
