

I’ve been losing weight for about a year now and I’m around 35 lbs down from 155ish – I’m 19F, 5’3 and currently around 120-121 lbs
I’ve been eating under 1300 kcal for a few months now since I noticed a plateau and wasn’t losing weight at anything higher than that, even after increasing my movement. I checked the health app today and it seems to think I’m burning like 2000-2300 kcal a day? TDEE calculators tend to estimate me at like 1700 for my maintenance so just wanted to see if people have also seen the health app overestimating or if I’ve been starving myself for months!
